  • 2-3 smoothies

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 8oz milk or milk alternative

  • 2 dates

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter

  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao

  • 1 serving Focus Blend

  • pinch pink Himalayan salt

  • Optional: Add 6oz coffee

 

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender

  • Blend to desired texture
