Adaptogenic Power Bar | 15 min recipe

A great, nutritionally dense snack to get your adaptogens on the go


Total servings

  • 1 medium-sized baking sheet/tray


  • ¾ cup of any nut/seed butter of your choosing

  • ⅓ cup of honey

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 cups oats

  • 1 scoop Ashwagandha

  • 1 scoop Lion's Mane

  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1-2 oz. dark chocolate bits to taste

  • Alternately: Skin Blend also works well in this recipe



  1. Combine butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla in a heat-safe bowl

  2. Fill a deep pan with 1-2 inches of water

  3. Heat water to a simmer and place bowl over it

  4. Stir until the mixture is fully combined and smooth, then let cool

  5. In a different bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly

  6. Add the butter mixture to the dry mixture and stir until new mixture is sticky and fully mixed

  7. Line a baking sheet/tray with parchment paper and press the combined mixture into an even layer [or separate into whatever shape you prefer]

  8. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy!
