Milky Bedtime Tonic | 10 minute recipe

A wonderful way to relax



  • 6oz. milk [we also like non-dairy options such as Ripple, if that’s your preference]

  • 4oz. unsweetened cherry juice

  • 1tbs. honey or agave nectar

  • 1 scoop of Sleep Blend or Calm Blend



  1. Combine milk and cherry juice in a saucepan or pot to heat

  2. Once mixture is warm, stir in honey and chosen adaptogen blend

  3. Enjoy
