Easily get your morning nutrition and adaptogens in one beverage


Total Servings

  • Makes 1 shake


  • 8oz cold brew

  • 4oz milk or nut milk

  • 1 serving of your favorite protein powder [we like Earth Fed Muscle]

  • 1 scoop of Focus Blend

  • Optional: Add ½ tbsp of your favorite MCT oil or coconut oil



  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or shaker bottle

  • Blend or mix to consistency

  • Enjoy!
