Stacked Yogurt Bowl | 5 min recipe

A stacked breakfast bowl to add a little balance and a lot of nutrition


  • ½ cup of yogurt of your choice [we like Noosa for dairy, Forager for non-dairy]

  • 1 tablespoon almond butter [we like Justin's]

  • 1 tablespoon cashews

  • ¼ cup raw almonds

  • ¼ cup berries of your choice

  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

  • 1-2 scoop Ashwagandha powder


  1. Add yogurt to a mixing bowl

  2. Add mix-ins, starting with almond butter and topping with cacao nibs

  3. Leave stacked or mix it up however you’d like [no harm in changing up the mixture to fit to your diet and taste preferences]

  4. Plate and enjoy!
